Brunch: Fresh And Latin

By Written by Sandra Holguin on January 4th, 2010

I’d like to add to what I’ve already written about brunch at Palo Santo in Brooklyn: If you’re there when they offer Cemitas Chile Verde with Nopales, order it. The moist chicken is happily bathed with mild chile verde, and the salad of nopales (cactus) is so fresh and beautiful with bright green cilantro and slivers of red onion that I remembered what a treat it is to have fresh nopales. Que sabroso!
